Swap Society B.V. has a zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are fully committed to providing a safe digital environment for our community, and we actively work to prevent, detect, and eliminate any form of child exploitation on our platform.
1. Zero-Tolerance Enforcement
Any user who attempts to upload, share, transmit, or solicit material related to CSAM/CSAE will be immediately and permanently banned from Swap Society. We do not issue warnings for these violations; account termination is absolute and immediate.
2. Proactive Monitoring & Reporting
- Content Moderation: We utilize automated filtering tools and manual review processes to monitor profile media, chat messages, and shared content for potential safety violations.
- Law Enforcement Cooperation: In accordance with international and local laws, Swap Society B.V. promptly reports any discovered CSAM/CSAE activity to the appropriate legal authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Dutch law enforcement (Politie).
3. User Reporting Tools
We empower our community to keep the platform safe. If you see any suspicious behavior, inappropriate content involving minors, or potential exploitation:
- Use the “Report User” or “Report Content” buttons directly inside the Swap Society app.
- Email our dedicated safety team at safety@swapsociety.com.

4. Account Age Restrictions
As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, users must be at least 18 years of age (or have explicit parental/guardian consent where legally applicable) to use Swap Society. We actively audit and remove accounts found to be violating our age policies.
